Delivery - Where you want it, when you want it
Great prices are nothing with out the service to back it up. 98.1% of stock orders are delivered next day nationwide. Whether on our own vehicles or carrier your goods are assured a smooth journey to your desk top. Delivery hours are Mon-Fri 9-5.00p.m, Timed deliveries are available for a small charge.
Please note some exceptions apply, these are mainly furniture or bulky items which typically take 3-5 days.

We love to see people at Othello. Feel free to call in and collect. Please note stock levels on our site are central stock levels for next day fulfilment. Returns - What you need to know
Faulty items - These will be replaced free of charge, if the item is unavailable an alternative may be offered or a credit given. Please note some electrical items shredders, fax machines etc will probably need to be sent back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement in accordance to the warranty on the product and may need to be undertaken by you.
Not required items - For items not required, or ordered in error a 15% handling charge will be charged and any carriage collection charges (normally £7.25) per consignment. Goods must be in resaleable condition in unmarked packaging and advised within 2-3 days.
Exceptions - Please be aware food and hygiene products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Furniture cannot be returned if assembled.
Shortages - Please check your orders carefully on arrival for shortages, We need to be notified within two days of receipt of goods. Please call us free on 0800 975 0390 or email tanya@othello.uk.com with delivery note number or Fed ex Pack slip number stating which item is missing and we'll do the rest.
